Loan,

Glad to see you are still following the story. Overall its amazing the progress they have made over the last 9 months. On the financials can you think of any reason why management would not want the financials released as much as shareholders? Management owns a lot of shares so I don't see any reason why they would rather have a low stock price and no liquidity by being on the pink sheets without financials. I have been to the mine and mill and met several times with management and they are get it done type of people. Their priorities have been to get the mine and mill producing so they can get cash flow positive and use that money to greatly increase reserves without having to raise cash. If you look at the news releases you can see the progress at the mill and mine. My guess is they are pushing pretty hard to get them out.

On the permitting. Perhaps you should have asked if they expected to get parts of the application at different times. My understanding is it is one large package and it will be submitted that way. The fact that they have not seen it does not mean it is not being worked on. Why didn't you call the company and get their response? I think they would be able to clarify the situation pretty quickly. The bottom line as I explained before they have another 4-6 months before it would even come into play. Jan 1st restarts the clock.

Joe

PS The company advertising on Kitco could be a good indication the company is getting ready to start getting the word out and I doubt they would do that before financials were out.

Loan,

I bolded the news that directly applies to getting the mine and mill running. You can see the progress being made. Its never as fast as anyone would like but it typically takes 8-12 years to put a mine into production.

Loan, I'm not worried.

Once Gold Bug reopens next year with its license and permit this issue will be dead once and for all. Tom
