I was discussing the authorized shares not the outstanding shares. The O/S is what we can never seem to get a handle on. The P/R stated that the reverse split brought the O/S to 24 million shares, which would have meant 9.6 billion shares outstanding before the R/S. At this point, if the 24 million figure is correct for the current O/S they have another 9,976,000,000 shares they can sell if dilution is what they are after because the A/S has not changed only the O/S.
