If he cannot figure out something else more than what he is doing, and wanting to make this work, as this continues it gets worse, and worse. The selling has to stop, and a/s needs to now meet what is the o/s, and at 2.6bn is alot to ask the market to accept and now its over 3bn. In time it just won't matter anymore.
It will be either the regulators, a law firm, or even just the broker or brokers that restrict it from buying, this really gets to be a dicey situation, and any of these 3 scenarios will be out of Bermans control. No one is going put up capital just to lose it, and the control of not being able to trade this. Get on one of the Brokers no buy restricted list and it could remain there forever in a day, and some I see never will get off it. No buy/No sell is like being sent to the Rock.
Less this is really his plan then he will continue down the road to no return. The only winner is him and the only loser is all of us with zero chance of ever seeing even a remote chance of recovery.
