IMO the question is not who will sell - the question is who will buy - (I certainly will)- if the PPS drops under 1,30 $
when the old shrs. are unlocked.

Look at the remaining free-float(apprx. only 1.1-1.2 mio.new shrs. left - or maybe less already) that`s apprx. only 13% of the total OS - what a opportunity if you are in the know of the real value of the company - considering the restricted shrs. are blocked till may 2008.
