Sometimes you must have (blind) faith and take (higher) risks for the chance to get (really) high rewards.
Nothing new or special, I would say.
With millions of $$$ flowing out of the PDR exchange, nearly everybody would have taken the risk of sending them in, imo.
To be (possibly) left over with your PNMS shares in pinky land is probably not "a dream comes true".
But I believe that for everybody with PNMS shares and the wish to have them on the PDR exchange there should still be a (at least small) chance to get them there - I would directly contact the company, in this case.
