I know that happens, especially when volume is high. Today it just looks straight forward fwiw. If you had a bid of .30 that didn't show or execute then you'd have a case. Sometimes I put in small test trades to see if the MM's are screwing around.
Looks like Praetor is out about another 60k today, filing should appear at 5:30pm IMO.
