maybe maybe not, my guess is state may have made the error in the first place, talking about maynard when it should have been the mine near rage.

they may have very well made this mistake sent papers to rsds and berman just signed and sent it in.

if correct then they would have to cancel that deal and rewrite.

but yes if this is the case the ceo should have caught it BEFORE press releasing it!
