I think Gore is in it for this week, anyway. He has a limited window; if he manages to get appointment of electors blocked by a court, guess what? Florida Legislature gets to appoint electors. Not likely electors that will vote Gore. And if somehow it gets to US House of Representatives, don't look for a Gore win either.
I think that gorgeous woman played her cards exactly right. to the letter. However, I think that Liberman was the public opinion test. If liberman was favor well by the public opinion and give it time to settle in what the polls might say Gore will probably go with the polls.
I think Dan Rather was said, public opinion polls should now create laws.
But I think he will drag it out ... The only way he MIGHT concede is if the DEMOcrats turn on him. Even then I think he will play it for the electorial certification which he gets to make the deciding vote on.
