great analogy....living in Boston I'm very familiar with waiting around for buses. It's actually part of the reason I stopped selling at every little run-up and waiting for the price to settle back down. Eventually a big run is coming, and I don't want to miss out.

That is correct, but there is ALWAYS another bus coming. Everyone has to determine his needs when it comes to the bus, but IMO, a bird in hand is better than one in the bush. I like to have hard assets to pay taxes on, I will find another bus, or maybe this one will back up for me to get on if they see me waiting.
