#8673 RE: Myth #8668

Sure, the company could be selling shares they own, rather than issuing new shares to do so. But here is my take generally. The OTC market has become very tough, no matter what the company story is. For example, I have been in another pink sheet stock for about a year that actually reported a $6.5M profit (PROFIT, not revenue) for the first 6 months of this year. Every quarter, the profit is larger than the last. The O/S is a little less than this one, but the pps is about the same. They keep announcing new products and new deals and the market does squat. The market is extremely skeptical of these stocks now, and this is the fault of the OTC CEOs of scammy character of the past 8 years. If and when the real deal comes along, no one believes it. But if ABVG is real, and I've bet big time that it is, we shall know it fairly soon.
