Yeah, maybe they will strike it rich with a nice settlement
and then pay a dividend out like OPTI did not too long ago.
That is another company that is in a similiar position and I
used to work for the CEO of it...Bernie Marren. He was quite
a character and a ton of fun to be around in the good old
Silicon Valley days of the 1980's.

Does anyone keep up with the status of the settlement or how
do you know what is going on with it?
