Fred, I hadn't thought about the representative helping out with getting contracts. I was actually thinking they may have taken a financial stake in teh company and in leui of that he was given a seat on the board. Just theorizing on my part. I've been in and out of the stock...and will probably acquire when I have some excess capital.
