Nite & Jeff looked to be playing a game for a while. As long as Praetorian is unloading their position the MM's stand to benefit. Notice a couple days ago volume as 15k and no MM games. Now with 400k traded there may some MM manipulation. The games will be ending soon and pps can return IMO.

Willbone, after looking at volume vs. Praetorian filings it looks like Praet selling accounts for 15-50% daily volume. Certainly MM Manipulation accounts for some and some smaller retail buying as well.

Think the company could of issued a few more shares since 10/17? I don't know if they would have to file first or not. Looking at the Accumulation/Distribution it appears nearly 2M were "dumped" past 2 weeks. If Praetorian accounts for about 800k of that, what is the other 1.2M?

Sure some panic selling 1st 2 days of the decline, some retail selling as well.

Just wondering if the company may have sold 1M shares to raise $400-500k to settle some of the notes and come out clean for the next qtr earniings on 11/13. I speculating but I feel like I'm missing something.

Either way the turnaround is coming soon.
