Not that I saw. He has issued new shares from the Darby deal and that will indeed make available some shares for exchange.
However he said clearly that BCIT has not received $$ for those shares in our accounts and until he gets the $$ from somewhere he's not just going to give them to the brokers to put in our accounts.
