A few stocks whose stoch's are approaching/in the power range, price over 10 dma, positive OBV and MACD:

ERHC, FRCP, GWNI, JAVO, MOBL, SGLI, SMSI, URMP, VICM

I raised the bar slightly on my scan to cut down on the number of hits:

[type = stock] and [country=us] and [daily ema(60,daily volume) >= 100000] and [OBV > 0] and [OBV > SMA(20,OBV)] and [Close > 0.001] and [close < 5] and [Full Stoch %K(66,5,3) > 63] and [MACD Line(12,26,9) >= 0.0] and [SMA(10,close) < close] and [yesterday's Full Stoch %K(66,5,3) <= 63]
