blarsh... Someone please correct me if needed, but the trial has NOT been moved back into Feb... Judge Ward has NOT ruled on the Motion to Stay yet.

As far as Patent reform.. yeah it scares me... so does KSR's 'Obvious' ruling. Hopefully the Senate shoots it down.
