Is that the same SEC regulations and responsibities ONEV used to notify the public that RCCC was null and void?

Material agreements in the ordinary course of business are not covered by Form 8-K disclosure requirements mandating disclosure within four days of the signing of such a material agreement. Rather, the 8-K requirement covers material agreement not in the ordinary course of business. ONEV's disclosure requirements on other matters of the nature such as the India contract are not subject to the timing requirements of 8-K:
