I'm holding also - honest opinion is obvious dilution. Does that mean an R/S with only a 400 plus Million O/S - it could in the future but need to see if the dilution continues first IMO. Tim

I just spoke with the Transfer agent again and asked if there was an issuance today. They said they had no new issuances since, 10/17/07 when they increase the O/S from 268,571,953 to 403,571,953 due to preffered being converted to common.
