I have PRVB on my watch list to buy below .20 since recent events indicate they are interested in being more s/h friendly, transparent, etc. They had 1st s/h meeting yesterday, and jltdet (on PTVB msg board) attended and posted his info/impressions this morning. A 175k block got dumped today @.19 which was below bid, so watching to see if there's any significant downspike as a buying opportunity.

FSNR for many months and think it is ready to move up next week. My basis is just over .20 pps. The last Edgar filings to become a current filer are due in two days. OTBB is next along with big news.
