i spoke with someone at stern and the told me that the 504 pr would be out in 24 hours. i posted it on the board and they did not release it in 24 hours. it was close to a week later and then it was a private placement pr. since that day i have not contacted anyone assocated with this company or this stock. put stern in a very bad lght imo also.
