Doing some research on this company, all I can say is look out. Read all the information on Pinksheets dot com and you will see that all the numbers are unaudited, a real red flag. None of the priciples are affiliated with any certified hearing organization, they are here for the money. Never trust any company that is a "holding" company. With 100 million shares issued and a current price of 2.65, you must be nuts to think that a paper company with no assets, no real estate etc. is worth $265,000,000.00! Read all the posts here, and you can see the pattern. This is all a set up, and the 1000:1 RS, just beats all. The documents available are all paid for with cash (yours) and shares. Listing 33 employees? Unless these guys are working for $1.00, why is there no listing on their "financial statements" for salaries, insurance etc. It is a major mass mailing free ride for the principles. It will never fly.
Mark this post. I know these scams better than most, and this board is cluttered with pumpers, a sure sign of impending crash. And when it starts, you won't be able to sell your shares. This one has rotten printed all over it.
