I believe that there are limited posts regarding this stock right now because, quite frankly, what more can be said at this point.

It is a big waiting game. La Planada is the big hope, and the results have not been seen. I expressed a concern regarding the recent pattern of delays over this specific locale, and the response was "patience".

I see a red flag regarding this specific issue, but I am not willing to go as far as you in trashing this stock. I will wait, but have adjusted my investment to reflect some significant concerns regarding recent activity and delays.
