As I told you all,

I expected the last batch of restricted to be sold today and it appears they dumped at the end of the day.

A entire week of researching penny stocks on Pinksheets.com. I narrowed it down to 4 stocks, and chose ISBL over SPZI, PRPM, PRTH. It fit what I was looking for at the time. I wanted a penny stock that had a diverse portfolio, instead of one that did one thing(like diamond mining). You can say I kinda tripped on ISBL.

But now, it's not diverse, and I really like what I see happening.
