Also the master service agreement was to have expired in september from the public info that had been published and according to CFO Robert Staats who occassionally and appreciatively answers our board questions, it was confirmed that "if" the agreement simply expired, that would not warrant a company filing. IMO if it was extended we would have been informed and "google" would still be pumped on every PR, ceocast update, and included in the investor updates. Also material revenue has never, all the way through the last quarterly report, never been generated by this relationship unfortunately. Also it is widely known that google filed for their own mobile click to call patent for cell phones. We may never officially hear the truth. You may want to go to torcinvestments.com and get their phone number and ask them since they "supposedly" provide coverage and reports on the company. JMHO
