Sorry Pete, I'm just calling it like I see it. I got hosed on the dive two months ago, because I trusted management's imminent. Stopped out at the absolute low that time. no lie. Couldn't take the pain.
It looks as if not only has management decided to let us hang, but that the broker finished the deal and said, hey thanks, we'll seeya later!
Don't take it personally Pete. We're all taking pipe here, (notice I said "most of the shares bought") and if you're frustrated do as I did, call management and leave them nasty yet polite messages about the meaning of the word imminent and remind them of their duty to keep shareholders abreast if things don't play out as they've assured us they would.
After 7 calls unreturned from IR and management I changed my tack slightly.
I had a short love affair with this stock, and got burned. I didn't say that I was short JAV but if my selling and predicting a return/test of the 4.x level maybe it's time for you to take a fresh look at why you're here.
These guys have screwed the pooch IMO and I'm not going to pull punches, when I'm right or wrong....
