marketbear, CPPC is Cinemax Canada. CPPC's corporate filings are in Canada, not Washington US. Cinemax WA/TMM went private after Fan sold the QBID public vehicle to Cinemax Canada. Private companies have no shares publicly traded.
Is CPPC providing pinksheets ITHC's 1997 CIK#, as their CIK#, "conspiracy" or just your every day run-of-the-mill fraud?
Or maybe Washington State SoS just updated their info.....but THAT would leave no room for conspiracy theories, would it?
