PQL, in the post being replied to you mention that the share structure is very simple to comprehend right now, and that the float is 155 million shares (= to max issued and outstanding)

Does this statement of fact by you indicate that your 1.06 million compensated restricted shares are part of the float?

Are you also aware of the status of all other previously restricted common shares?
