BISA shell play that has just come to life. The o/s is only 10.9MM, and been that way for years. They have announced a r/m with Millerplating which does about 10MM per year with ~100 employees. This is supposed to be the first of many r/m's to come, with Baltic as the parent company.
ACCR - shell owned by Mark Baum, who is the owner of Audiostocks. The o/s is only 155MM, and has been static for over 2 years. They have 1MM in CD debt that could have been converted over a year ago, but the owners of the debt have choosen instead to hold tight. I called Baum, and IR, and they confirmed that there is a plan for the shell, but would not confirm timeframes. Anyway, I figure someday they will light it up, and use Audiostocks as a sounding board for it. In the meanwhile my average is about .001. One PR out of this one, and I think I will win the contest. :-)
