It's not 'bad' dilution if it brings in equity. ONLY if it stuffs money in the pocket of the one diluting. It's like "paying for things as you go" rather than getting a loan for interest. Do I buy the new car with cash and pay in full for $13,000 or do I borrow money over several years and pay interest that when totaled with the price of car equals $18,000?
It saves money by not paying "cornell" or some bank interest if we can pay with our shares. ESPECIALLY if the company brings equity.
