How do you know they have "held shares for years"?
The names are not familiar to me and I suspect they were participants in placements made last year that are now past the one year holding period and have registered their shares for sale. This filing does not mean they are going to sell, it just provides the ability to sell shares that were previously unregistered.
quandong, You seem to be thinking the glass is half empty. What if these shareholders anticipate that the company will finally/soon breakout and get the recognition it deserves?
