If you've not had a chance to view the presentation materials from this morning's C/C ---- I would highly suggest taking
time to do so. The deck is archived now on the NXG website.....VERY impressive stuff ----- and, during the Q&A there were several questions regarding timing, shareholder ownership percentages, voting rights, etc. ----- Ken Stowe was quite postive the offer was good and the marriage will be approved. There is a "timeline" table of expected milestones in the approval process in that presentation deck.
