ummm he is probably getting many many calls per day. He is not under any obligation to answer any of your questions. legal, moral or otherwise. Him getting calls is a pain in his rump.
If I was him, I wouldnt take calls either.
Now if you really want to get him on the phone, ask for him by first name. tell his secretary you are a cousin or a friend.
You could always do what I do, tell the secretary you are david ortiz or bruce springsteen or soemthing. Act like youre his friend and she will patch you through. He probably wont be happy but you might get to speak to him.
