I dont think you are wrong...I agree with you on all points..If MGMT was that good in keeping their promise and meeting timelines this stock would have hit pennies by now, by the shear strength of MGMT promises and results....BUt it is still in the sub penny area so for us to expect anything great will be foolish!
Again, I trust in ICBM, just not their ways in which they manage their subsidiaries
