Enlightened I came to the same conclusion a few weeks ago!!
But as I have thousands of Spin off shares and will receive more, in due course,I hope to make a good profit!I just hope they know they have a Goldfield!!Despite our American friends posting many times NO GOLD IN THEM MOUNTAINS!!!

The 2 new Companies referred too are the buying out Companies--Hopefully Dollar ones!!

But on the DOWNSIDE of this theory, if the Goldmines are valuable,then the Shareprice should have by now started to takeoff!!As the Company will be holding valuable shares in the 2 buying out Companies.
SO BUY THE SHARES I WOULD SAY.....
