Considering all of the new investors and numerous others keeping a eye on Hemi I believe it would be a good time for Keith to state once again that the company has not made any 504 offerings or sold any stock to date. That, in addition to this share count information, would go a long way to show investors the potential for a considerable squeeze here.

But with your current share count indicated at 32,153,011+, as additional share amounts are being indicated since your posting.

I too could see a move starting that could be very exciting to all longs......

Let alone the underlying fundamentals of HMGP which are getting stronger and stronger.

Hubbabubba1,I couldn't agree more with your assessment of what it means.

There is GREAT DD here and every day it just confirms to more and more potential shareholders this is the real deal.

One can easily see domestic O/G is almost a no-brainer and especially a PRODUCING company like HMGP.

3,000 more for myself just today and 20,000 for a friend that I forgot to include when I reported last week. These will all be held long for the buy out.
