Stem-- in light of all the new centers being opened up by NBS, how does CLBE stack up?

NBS has $6 million to spend on its centers; will this leave CLBE behind?

I see where NBS has a market cap of $20 million vs. $3 million for CLBE after the dilution is finished.

My thinking is that CLBE is a better bet for potential percentage gain from these levels, but that NBS looks much more secure financially.
