Enlightened you Almost certainly will receive some free shares in the 2 new Companies dependent on the Record Date they set. I would Hazard a guess this will be about Dec 06.

Then depends on what percentage they decide to allocate and as the lady said few posts back, the Buy out agreed amount will determine if we make Good money or NOT!

But Yes if you DONT/ not eligible then you are only concerned for the future. But that may be good as they certainly seem to have plans with imminent positive announcements....
