They are not giving more shares to small cap. That coverage was ended mid year. That is why the guy at small cap is selling our stock. It is hard to justify selling stock in another company where you maintain coverage. Look for him to continue selling stock every week.
BTW, I doubt if there is patent infringement on constab's behalf. RECAF is not patentable and other companies already have patents for delivering drugs via RECAF also. As we have seen, Dr. Moro has also applied for a patent to deliver an antigen via RECAF.
All of the work with RECAF for therapeutics should get us really excited. It will pay off big time with the number of RECAF tests sold not including any revenue from our therapeutics.
