Not true. I have been responded by email by both Cristian and Jill and I know at least two others not mentioned. Keep in mind that some don't respond or minimize their responses on this board because this board has little or no value.
On a separate note, I went into a t-mobile store this weekend, because I plan on changing carriers, and every store I went to had a t-mobile hotspot@home display which is about their UMA seamless switching devices. They currently have three devices that support this, including the Blackberry curve. I spoke to someone at the store and they said they plan to add more phones to this service and eventually most of their phones, because this is turning to be a very popular offering. T-mobile plans on rolling out their 3G network in Q2 of next year which will integrate into their hotspot@home offering. Whether this is an infringement on ASNAP, I don't know, that is for the lawyers to decide, but this does underscore the movement towards FMC. No news here that this is going to be huge. The question is, what part will CLYW play. Whatever part they play, this Drago sideshow has got to end. This is really getting old and if Drago gets his extension, which I hope the judge puts a stop to this crap, this will not be good. In any event Nov. 7th is right around the corner. Hold on to your seats.
