Top Hat, I find that you have not updated the IBox to reflect anything about the President's Preferred shares and the "special nature" of them that has a major dilution potential to them. Common shares are only a portion of the vital info desired by any investor IMHO. For various reasons you have deleted a previous post of mine that brought up that point (when it was my main concern) which is your choice I guess, but don't you think that to present a complete picture of this company as an investment we owe anyone reading about essential issues of the companies that information?

You did indicate that you think others are aware and many have expressed concern but very few (especially newbies) would know about the conditions in play without a heads up either through very deep digging, a board post now and then, or just the facts in the IBox (the best way IMHO). Don't you agree? That's what these boards are for aren't they? Don't think anyone wants to be active on a board or with a stock where some things are ignored.

If you delete this post please let me know why.

I look forward to an updating of the IBox. I'm sure lowman and Badge can help with the details if necessary.

Top...why are you not comfortable sharing info? are you afraid well see 0.01 again?
