I think you are right in your post, and if it is "pending" and there is someone else that holds it,, then all the paper work done by WTAR to acquire the marketing and distribution rights for the next 10yrs including future tech, from WTAF was a waste(A very exspensive waste)that is on-going as we speak, with mil$$ already layed-out. They do speak to the competition on the 10k(witch I see as being to cost per gal. and QUALITY) But I agree we need to see the numbers on the patent. I'm sure you took a look at the acquisition by WTAR of WTAF on EDGER....... They also have 3 manufactures up and running that I know of,,,, and some distributors signed up it says in the prs,, should be a fun week coming, Again thank you for your post,, all is in my opinion and speculation,, val
