I keep hearing this low float theory, but don't understand how a 1 BILLION share REG D filing constitutes a low float. Those shares aren't restricted.

yep..thats your chart ..LOL...that tells me that you did not trade this stock at all...hence either you are still at a HUGE loss or you do not own this stock!!!
the chart tells you 0.001 eh...that was the bid ....guess you were able to buy on the bid then...?? the high your infamous chart shows of 0.005...was an intraday high at the ask..guess you did sell at the ask then for your 400% ??? LOL I bet you a piece of cheesecake at the sanibal restaurant that you did not have a chance to sell any shares below a steep discount of at least 50%...that is how dilutive pinky stocks trading works..LOL
