but what i don't understand is your statement "patent is solid",...

if you did not speak with any company representative how did you come to the conclusion that the patent is solid ? what did you base your that the patent is solid analysis on ? did you go to the USPTO ?

i am just attempting to discern your statement and how you conduct due diligence. i'm not doubting you,...not in the least. but if you are going to place out a statement such as "patent is solid" you are given responsibility to back up that statement with verifiable proof so others can discern for themselves.

to me the patent is everything. it will allow a company to maintain market share in this sector. without the patent any and all other companys cona come out with their version of an atmospheric water collector and the compnay has no legal standing to challange other competitors for patnet infingement and collecting royality and/or licensing fees.

the patent is paramont,...

so if you will please share how you arrived at "the patent is solid" analysis.
