valorie,...thanks for your reply.

there is something that we both can agree on,..and that being that water will be the next oil. there is great need now and will be a greater need for clean and pure drinking water in this planets future.

to comment on some of your statements,...

it would appear that most of what you have shared on this forum comes from your talk with the CEO,..would that be a correct assessment ? so if, in my experience with speaking to CEO's is they are very charming because they want to create the appearance that they have a viable company with a marketable product. but that does not mean that they are on the up and up. i am always suspect when i can speak to a CEO,...that to me might indicate that they are not doing their job if they are able to speak to the public. but that is the game that is played in this OTC/pinksheet markets of companies.

so your statement of "the patent is solid" is not from your own DD but from the CEO's mouth. which is no proof of anything.

but ,...lets approach it this way. because you already have an in road with the CEO why not place a call and ask what the patent numbers are for this technology that he is stating is a solid patent ? he must know the patent number,...so if the patents are solid he would have no problem giving those numbers to you.

but what i find interesting is that there is no referenece to the patent for this technology on their website. surely a company CEO that makes the statement "the patent is solid" would proudly display the patent and the way which any investor can conduct their own due diligence to prove that an investment in WTAR would be a solid investment for capital growth.

i like you am looking for a company that has a viable and real technology in the watere sector that can really solve the problem of clean and pure drinking water. i am willing to align with your efforts to discern if WTAR is that company or if they are just using the hype to only line their pockets with investors money.
