There are a lot of ways to play the game. Some on this board trade for a few hundred dollars, some play for a few thousands of dollars and I play for a few hundred thousand dollars. I have some stocks in the energy sector on my watch list. ERHE, TIDE, ALRY and HMGP are my favorites right now and they are all showing extreme weakness. That tells me that a group of people are accumulating them by showing tape weakness. They kill all the rallies trying to give the impression that they are bad investments now. But it is my conclusion that if you are going to run with the big dogs you have to play like a big dog. Professionals accumulate on weakness over long periods of time. When they have loaded the boat they run them and sell into the excitement created among retail investors. My sell signal will be ultra high volume stalls. Professionals will have the volume to distribute shares at the top. We will do the same.
