So far, CPPC has been a lot more timely and clear about disclosing stuff than QBID ever was

radar, you mean the way Cinemax "disclosed" FALSELY that they were producing "Ye Olde Times" & "The Whole Banana" and were made to remove the bogus production credits from their website? Or, do you mean how Cinemax "disclosed" that they were offering "gap financing" to movie projects and then PR-ing that the THE ABLE GROUP is going to be providing the "financing" - in EXCHANGE FOR CPPC STOCK? LMFAO!!

http://www.cinemaxpictures.com/index.html

...Cinemax Pictures has the opportunity to provide bridge-financing (or "gap-funding" as it is referred to in the industry) to movies that go over their production budget. Cinemax Pictures will take a large percentage of the rights to the movies and will receive a return-on-investment once the movie has completed production and is sold to a distributor.

Hi XXXXXXXX:

I don't know how to respond to your email except to inform you that we have had no affiliation with or interest in Cinemax to date.

My client, Patriot Pictures, LLC is producing "Ye Olde Times" without any involvement from Cinemax.

I only recently became aware of Cinemax because someone queried as to
whether Cinemax is involved with our production of "Ye Olde Times."
They are not. It is my understanding that Cinemax appears to have agreed to voluntarily and immediately remove any reference to "Ye Olde 'Times" from their website. I await their compliance.

Cinemax has expressed interest in investing in "Ye Olde Times," but we cannot begin to consider same unless and until they remove any
reference from their website and we receive proof of funds and a recommendation from a well respected Canadian Law firm, which to date has not occurred
.. I don't have any information regarding "The Whole Banana."

It sounds like you may want to hire counsel to help you with this
matter.

I hope that the foregoing is helpful.

Randy

XXXXX: I had a meeting with Wayde Thompson and,
though he does know the president of Cinemax, and
holds him in high regard, he is not affiliated with
them
. Cinemax, at this time, is not one of the
producers of The Whole Banana. Any reference to such
is being removed from their website...

C'mon, radar....they release a PR about a "B" movie and that makes them wonderful?????

the fact is that on the day of the 50k:1 "reverse", CPPC would have to be $5/sh for you to break even per 5million QBID @.0001......or, $10 per share vs qbid @.0002.......etc.....

i'll bet most people on this board were in QBID at .0003 or more......implying that this stock would have to worth $15-$20/sh for most long term stock holders here to "get out alive" .......

QBID was worth more to anyone who has had this POS for a couple of years as a tax write off.....because you now have only about 25% of your original LOSS......may seem wierd to think of it that way......but, it was more valuable to a holder as QBID.....now we're really screwed.....
