NMC filed on May 7, 2007, 7 days after the secretary of state indicated a default, obviously a response, and remedy to the default. NMC can't help it if Nevada is slow as a gopher tortoise, and hasn't updated them to good standing yet. NMC has been filing in Nevada since 1984 and there is no way they would voluntarily default now, it could be as simple as Nevada SS jumping the gun and being slow on the rebound:

Big whoopie.....Smith's shares are worth a whopping $5000.

and MM's don't play games with grey sheet garbage, at least enough to be significant. Prewtty much all they are allowed to do is match order requests. There may be some offshore parties messing around with some shorting, but no retail US investors can short this stock.

The reason it is down is because it is a scam, period.

I will post the links to the increase in shares and other info on the company. I am looking for info on the company regardless if it's good or bad, and I'll put it in the ibox.

I also recognize that people may have motives, good or bad, regardless of what they post, good or bad. But the rules are that we don't question the motives of posters, we talk about the company. That comes from Admin Shelley, Matt, and Dave. If I delete a message you post, feel free to appeal to any of the three. If they say it can stay, then it stays. But I have to delete any attack or questioning of motives.
