SJ motion: Is it even remotely possible that the judge would give a summary judgement in favor of AAPL denying a trial?

If not then why is the stock not reacting as well as it should given that the SJ motion is to be ruled on within the next few days?

I did not see anything about a summary judgement come out. Did anything in fact happen "by the end of October"?
