why would parkin tell u his business partner's phone number? (btw i found dovgan too but once again, i do not work for free!)

He (we will not even be sure who "he" is) can give you a number in Russia. How will you know for sure that the number in Russia is the real Dovgan's? Same can be said of any number you get from DP. Get the number from 2C, if you can reach him.
