Those in a position to lose money should check it out, but other than that I would take it at a face value of zero until confirmed and consider the info as an attempt to plant a seed to spawn weeds. Especially from a poster born today, requesting help and armed with a google search.
More than likely a poster very familiar with this stock and methods to manipulate IP addy's. Some people will stop at nothing for a buck. Some think they are of the smartest sort. But it just takes one person whom is smarter and/or ticked off enough to make the smartest sort look very very foolish.
